Upsell Strategy Development & Systems Refinement Team Training & Culture Alignment Marketing Strategy & On Brand Video Content Structure Up to 5 Days of Onsite Consulting and Support Important Details: Client is responsible for all material purchases. Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking. Clients may reschedule once with advance notice. Client is responsible for covering all travel-related expenses, including round-trip transportation and lodging. For safety and peace of mind, all travel and accommodation arrangements will be handled directly by Radiant Solutions. Meals and personal expenses are managed independently. No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
🚫 Refund & Cancellation Policy All sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or exceptions. Due to the nature of our services, once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable. For Website Development: If canceled within 3 days, a $750 deposit will be retained to cover market research. After 3 days, no refunds will be issued. 🛠️ Radiant Revamp Reset (RRR) — Travel Policy Minimum booking: 2 days. Client covers travel and accommodations. California local services require gas mileage; out-of-state services require airfare. Travel and lodging will be arranged by Radiant Solutions for safety. Client is not responsible for meals. 📬 Client Communication Clients must respond within 5 business days to avoid delays. If communication lapses for 10 days or more, the project may be considered abandoned with no refund. ⏱ Turnaround Time Standard project completion is 2–3 weeks, depending on client responsiveness. ✉️ Ownership & Delivery Upon final payment, all deliverables are sent to the client’s preferred email address. Full ownership rights are transferred to the client once payment is complete. 🤝 Loyalty Radius Radiant Solutions honors a 15-mile loyalty radius: we do not work with competitors within this distance. 🔐 Privacy & Marketing Client information remains confidential and will never be sold. Radiant Solutions reserves the right to use non-sensitive project materials for marketing purposes (e.g., portfolios, social media, ads). 💳 Payment Terms Full payment is required upfront unless a payment plan is selected.
